Personal Branding
The areas Lisa specialises in regard to nutritional advice include; weight management, adrenal fatigue and stress, family health, digestive concerns, detoxification, hormonal balance and women’s health.
As a Complementary Medicine Practitioner Lisa will take a complete health history and discuss any challenges you may be facing. This together with any relevant pathology or recent tests will help her to formulate a personalised treatment plan for you, which will likely include nutritional advice, may require further testing or lifestyle changes or prescribed practitioner-only supplements.
Or maybe you would like to try a reflexology treatment and just need to relax and indulge in a personlised treatment. Clinical Reflexology is also a specialty of Lisa’s. Reflexology is a holistic, non-invasive modality, which complements other therapies and modern medicine, and can benefit everyone from conception to aged care. Reflexology is the application of pressure and soothing techniques to areas of the feet, hands or ears. Some of the benefits of reflexology include stress reduction, balancing the nervous system and other body systems, improved sleep quality, pain relief, improved lymphatic function and circulation, aids the body in detoxification and enhances the natural healing process. Therefore reflexology, together with a good dietary approach can be used to support and improve many of the health issues afflicting todays’ population.
Lisa is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and the Reflexology Association of Australia (RAoA), therefore depending on your level of cover some health rebates may apply.
